eMSC is a worship band from the Orange County CA church Elevate Ministries.   Since 2019 eMSC has pushed to create a new and fresh voice in worship ministry through music styles that vary from pop rock to acoustic.  Although eMSC is technically a ‘worship’ band, they are uniquely able to cross over a variety of music styles to reach a variety of listeners.  The band was formed around the musical core of Bryn Graybill, Drew Friedrich, Luke Bogart, and Benedict Jimenez.  Since it’s inception, eMSC has also acquired several other members within their home church.  

 

In order to understand eMSC, you need to understand the church they come from.  Elevate Ministries is located in Orange CA, and is pastored by lead pastor Adam Friedrich.  It has been a haven for the younger generation, and has always pushed the boundaries of creativity within the church and the local community.  Worship ministry has always been at the heart of the church’s strengths as it strives to reach all generations of people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  eMSC shares the same desire to see the church grow and to extend the reach of their ministry together throughout southern CA.  Two of the band’s members, Bryn Graybill and Drew Friedrich, are on the pastoral staff of the church and work closely with lead pastor Adam Friedrich to write songs that build faith and increase an urgency to fulfill the calling of the people, as well as the church.  Many of these songs, such as Push, Substance, and Perceive It, were born out of messages and values from within the ministry of the church.  

 

eMSC exists to deepen the worship experience within the church, and to attract all generations outside of the church to come and experience the love and fulfillment that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
